- Employers and other contacts: your name, work email, company, and message.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address and browser type), which our hosting and font providers may process to deliver the site.
How we use it
- To review your background and contact you about roles that may fit.
- To respond to inquiries and manage recruiting engagements with employers.
- To keep records of our recruiting activity and meet legal obligations.
We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help organize and review resumes and match candidates to roles. A person makes the decisions about which candidates to contact and present.
When we share it
We do not send your resume or identifying details to an employer without your permission. We share information only:
- With a specific employer, for a specific role, after you agree.
- With service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example, website hosting and form processing, email, and storage), who may use it only to provide those services.
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful for current and future searches, generally up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
