This site provides general information about our recruiting services. Nothing on it is an offer of employment or a guarantee that a role, candidate, or placement is available.
Recruiting engagements
Recruiting services for employers are governed by a separate written placement agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the placement agreement controls. Candidates never pay a fee to Mervana.
Information you submit
You agree that information you submit, including your resume, is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to Mervana and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Mervana is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
